We recently dined here and had a mixed experience. While the experience wasn’t terrible, it left much to be desired.
To start, the tea had a decent flavor but wasn’t particularly memorable.
One unique aspect of the place is the option to cook your own food, which can be fun for some, but aside from that, there wasn’t anything that stood out as extraordinary about the dining experience.
The service, while attentive, was quite chaotic. Throughout the evening, 4-5 different staff members were involved in serving our table, which made the entire process feel disorganized and inconsistent.
As for the food, we ordered a mushroom soup and a vegetable dishes. The soup we ordered, however, was lacking in spices, making it rather bland. At one point, a waiter began pouring additional water to our soup without even asking.
The soy sauce, unfortunately, was far too acidic, overpowering the dish it accompanied.
The veggies were fine but nothing remarkable—decent flavors, but not memorable enough to stand out. If you're looking for something extraordinary, you may want to explore other menu items.
The ambiance of the place is loud, making it better suited for younger crowds or larger groups who don’t mind a lively, noisy atmosphere. Overall, while the setting is energetic, the chaotic service and average food left me feeling underwhelmed. It may work well for a casual night out with friends, but not if you're seeking a relaxed dining experience.
Additionally, the staff made us feel rushed throughout the meal. It was clear they were eager to turn over tables quickly, as there was a visible queue of people waiting to be seated. This left us feeling pressured to finish our meal faster than we would have liked.
In summary, while the concept of cooking your own meal adds a unique touch, the lackluster food and rushed service made for an underwhelming experience overall. If you're looking for something relaxed and flavorful, this might not be the best place.
